Re: Happy Days, Vanilla EA 11 players (started)
Having trouble connecting, both with IP and dy.fi.
Stats website down, too.
Lanka's working me, though, so it really doesn't matter
Those demon thingies are impossible for any Ermor troop to take out. There must be some magic I don't have. Banishment, even with a ton of Flamen going at it, is underwhelming, to say the least.

Re: Happy Days, Vanilla EA 11 players (started)
Well, after missing a few turns due to some spotty connections, I have been basically defeated by Lanka and their super demon ogres. I have set my nation to computer controlled, with only my capital still remaining to me.
It's been fun playing with you all! Good luck!

Re: Happy Days, Vanilla EA 11 players (started)
I'm gonna be away between Friday and Sunday, so if a turn is gonna happen between that time which I haven't done and I might be staling, could the turn be postponed, puhleeze?

Well, I'm back, staled once but since I'm a small fish in the pond I doubt it did any damage.

Good game all! Niefelheim smoked me utterly. I don't know what kills those guys frankly. Good job Jazzepi!

Are you still going to play Abysia or going AI?

Re: Happy Days, Vanilla EA 11 players (started)
I went AI. He killed my pretender and entire army. I'd basically just be moving around stray units at this point.
I might add that I killed like 2 of his giants. It was a complete annihilation.

I have set myself AI. Normally I like playing to the bitter end, but there is simply not much I could do at this point.

I have also set myself AI. And as much as I like normally playing to the bitter end as well... There's just no point.
Should've picked some land nation to have a more level playing field.
