Re: Bad News About the Map...
If I'm the only one with an issue don't worry about restarting for me...it's a pretty monumental task getting everyone to get their pretenders in and get organized and I wouldn't want everyone to have to go through all that again on account of me.

Re: Bad News About the Map...
yeah, rgb file will remain the same. will not be any need to download anything new. Fix will be on llamabeast's server.
Dr. P said it was only going to be a n/s wrap. He said for it to be an e/w wrap as well, he would have to be guaranteed to start next to jazzepi!
"And there seems to be about a 30 pixel gap there too."
Um, that is what they call a border.

Nah, you'd just pay 50% of your income if I get worse starting location.

Re: Bad News About the Map...
Construction is not changed by the spell mod, since it messes up the even/odd symmetry if you can't move the items (and you can't). Could've changed the spells anyway, and left the odd-numbered levels empty, but decided not to do so.
I did the *artwork* on the map, and the technical work needed to make it wrap. I acknolwedge that the artwork was not as nice as it might have been - but it's functional. Anyone who wishes to pretty the image file up can do so; people can swap images out mid-game with no problems as long as the white province pixels don't move.
The start assignments were all done by Xietor so blame him for the problems there
E/W wrap would've required me to change province #s *if* I had added provinces in the gutter. Since I didn't, I suppose I could've done E/W wrap instead, but N/S was safer.

Re: Bad News About the Map...
So we are restarting? I have finally managed to download all the right mods and maps to make the game work.
The game had my old pretender in as well The new one seemed to be accepted yesterday but didn't make it in to the game.

Re: Bad News About the Map...
are we restarting?
I think we should since revolution would not get to play if we do not(: But I do want to chat with llamabeast before making a final decision.
btw pretenders would not have to be resent revolution. Basically no one would have to do anything except I would neeed to get the starting provinces issues fixed(hopefully with llamabeast's assistance).
The gist of the problem is we had 61 players, and only 59 starting locations, due to oversights on my part.

Re: Bad News About the Map...
In the resent file, MA Mictlan does not have a starting point.
EDIT: In the original file, too.
