Ermor proclaims...
** Messengers ride to the four corners of the world carrying a proclamation bearing the holy seal of Deikoon, God of Ermor **
Peoples of Greenrow, heed these the divine words of Deikoon the Magnificent, He Who Brings The Dawn, God of Ermor. From this day forth Ermor recognises the mighty Arcoscephale, and cedes control of all lands east of the mountains to them. Furthermore, Ermor lays claim to the central mountain pass that both great nations may know security and peace. All Ermorians rejoice in our newfound peace and the rewards it shall bring.
** The scroll is signed in an angular script: His Grace Lausus Prophet of Deikoon, Master of The Stars, Keeper of The Flame **

Be careful, oh Deikoon, sending your messengers around that way. While they will be accepted with all honours among us, and bathed in perfumed waters after their tiring travel... the filthy winged people of Caelum, for example, may slay your messengers just for fun, without thinking twice. They're violent and war-mongering. May Wulkh, the Beginning and the End, The Unforgiving Prince, Patron of Languages, Sword of Balance, chew all their dirty feathers.

The independents you can recruit on this map so far has been dissapointing. Usually when you see the indy's in a province that's the type you get to recruit there. But so far on this map that isnt the case.

I'd just like to comfirm that Arcoscephale has an Alliance with Ermor. It is as Ermor has written it.

I love the map. It's so thematic. The cauldron for sauromatia, or the great city for ermor, or Agartha's cave city, or Cealum on the roof of the world mountain, it's great. Only Ctis bothers me a little. Why aren't they in a swamp? The forest and the pyramids look a lot more like Mictlan.
And it would be great (thematic wise, not balance wise) if the provinces had recruitable units that corresponded to their names. I have jungle of the bandar and jungle of the atavi, but it's still regular militia, light infantry and archers that live there.

Oh is that? Honored guests from Ermor and other brother nations were well received months ago before your barbarians learn how to behave.
Should Wulkh seeks his destruction, so shall it be.

You talk to our people about "behaving"? And I thought that word wasn't ever able even to make his way up to the high mountain The first contact we had with your people, was you claiming provinces extremely near to our capitol, which our forces conquered with hard battles against independent forces.
But we don't bear you a grudge. Roasted chicken and grilled mammoth have always been our favourite dishes.
