Re: Official Image Collection
Getting a "Scan line index out of range" error. I noticed in a different thread Fyron mentioned this is related to the image pack mod and being the image mod thread, wondering if anybody else has experienced this.
Using:
SE4G 1.91 patch
Fresh install of SE4G
Only mods are image mods (as follows):
Combat v10
Component v22
Event v2
Facility v11
Planets v9
Image Mod - Mod

Re: Official Image Collection
When are you getting it, and which file?
Also, have you tried opening the minis with paint to make sure they're not corrupted?

Re: Official Image Collection
Could someone answer me one question regarding the most excellent Quadrant mod/Image Mod, installing them both into my own mod.
I have already installed the Quadrant Mod, it works accept of course no images. I installed this Mod to the TDM Mod, as I plan to use that as a base, sort of.
I downloaded all the files for the image mod, including some extra ones. Events, Planets, Combat, etc. My confusion and problems happens when I try to copy the data to my Mod folder, and it over writes the Quadrant Mod data. I must be missing something? DO I copy these data files to my default directory then?
Rookie Modder here of obviously, but I am dedicated to SEIV. Thanks for any help you Professional Modders can give me.

Re: Official Image Collection
The combat pack goes into se4\pictures\combat
The planets pack goes into se4\pictures\planets
The component pack goes into se4\pictures\components
...and so on...
You don't need to put a copy of the image packs into the mod folders, since they are designed to be fully backwards compatible with stock.
Especially since the whole thing is 50+ megs installed, more than one copy would be expensive.

(smacks Head!) Okay thanks a lot, I feel sort of stupid, I read that, if I would have logical thought about it, where else would it go if they are backward compatible. Which is why I am missing a little eye candy. Hopefully IF I have any more questions they will be tough ones. erm... if you know what I mean.
Here is the one more though ?, those data files for the image Mod, they go into the default SEIV folder then? Sorry I want to make sure.
All you guys are excellent I did not expect to get so much help. You made my day for sure!

They are not data files, but image files, and yes.

Re: Official Image Collection
I was referring to the folder that contains the data files. I guess you mean they are all compatible and part of the ImageMod eye candy. Thanks again. (Silly question anyways)
