Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
Perhaps he's just seen you do it once and decided to post it here.....
The moustache isn't really necessary. Just go play Evil Genius for a while. Nothing feels better than to capture a tourist and interrogate him with a largescale Laser or a Cantrifuge..... muahuahuahuahua.....
(No, but really, I never capture tourists. I just have them killed.)

You kill tourists? You evil evil person!
I just leave them alone, so they won't find out about my evil plans for world domination.

Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
I built a hotel once, on the first island, but it was never fully staffed and the bloody tourists roamed the island freely..... and all those social minions are taking up valuable minion space you could otherwise allot to more useful science or military minions.
And btw, it's fun to see a tourist panic and then get shot by a guard.
It's even more fun to build a lot of disguised Sentry Guns at your base entrance with overlapping fields of fire, and then when he/she walks into the fire zone, tag him/her for death.....

Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
When I have to take out an agent via my sentry guns, I usually tag all of the nearby tourists and agents for death and/or capture. If people land in my kill zone, they're going to get killed

Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
Ctrl+RMB always gets 'em..... 'specially when you tag the first one of a bunch that is landing in your kill zone. As soon as they land, they're dead.
But back to topic.
Seeing that a mod you made has been downloaded, and thus knowing that it is playing on PCs all over the world..... or at least in the USA/Canada

Another one of those "Oops, I'm screwed" things...
63. Opening up a PBW turn-file, and noticing that a good ally of yours has opened 6 warp points and deployed nearly 20 star destroyers to all your systems, has them poised over all your stars except for one where it's two moves away, and over all you're closest partner's stars...
...Yep, that just happened to me. So much for a trusted ally...and so much for me and my partner I can stop the one star destroyer, and maybe salvage some of my fleet to go on a revenge destroying spree, but that's about it...bummer.

On the other side of things... Finally finishing your Diabolical Evil Master Plan that you've been working on for the past 30 or so turns to wipe out all known Deeply Religious empires simultaneously (Yes Renegade, that means Yor!rek is going down too - I've got 30 of them, and I'm using them all). I just hope no one's built any system grav. shields. As for the "trusted ally" bit, since when does a mere T&R grant that status? Also, you can thank the bad pathing algorithm for the one star destroyer not in position. If it had followed the path it was supposed to instead of taking one of the new warp points, it would be there already.

So, Douglas is the reason you don’t have star destroyers on my core systems is because, I not a Deeply Religious empire or that build system gravity shields?
Still you are going to destroy about a third of my systems. It should be an interesting end game.

I only have 30 star destroyers, and Talisman empires were my primary targets. You're just getting the spares.

Hehe, you had 30 star destroyers? That must have taken a while.
