Re: intermediate results
I know that some people would like the game "updated and upgraded" with graphics and sound but sometimes Im REALLY glad that the game isnt more console grade. We avoid all the console players.

I have all my old consoles (newest 1 I own is an N64) and I also have my commodore 64.
I can go from the intense action of playing an assault kit in BF:1942 to a more thought-provoking game like Dom3 and in-between. I'm sure a lot of us here do so.
That being said, while I can live with Dom3's graphics and sound, I sure wouldn't say no to even a small upgrade.

Re: intermediate results
We used to play Goldeneye on the N64 like mad. One of my favorite party games for a long time. It made me glad I went and got enough controllers for 4 people to play at once.

Mwahaha, bow before my wii(hard to sound evil using the word wii)!
I personally have a nintendo 64(golden eye was great ), gamecube, playstation 2 and wii, none of which i play often. I do however have a wide range of PC games which I play regularly covering many genres.
