Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
Yeah good battle Ermor, im sure we will have some more. Your magic and archers are potent. I would have lost big time if those jaguar fiends didnt bother your archers that first round.

Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
By the chinny-chin-chin, the valiant forces of Ermor hope to last another season against the onslaught of heretical blood worshippers and their violent were-men.
We shall continue to staunch the flow of their sanguine intentions as best we are able, knowing that Mictlan's temples shall fall, if not to us, than to the strangely obscured large humans that have nobly refrained from aggressing into our hallowed lands as they continue to grow their host to an immense size (the Augurors love bad puns for some reason, that's why we keep them locked up with their reflective pools and bowling balls of scrying). The blood tribe's aggression remains folly.
The Shroud looks to the 2007 Lanka Secretary calendar for sustenance and hope, as well as inquiring as to whether Marveni delivers, as the monkey pie supplies would raise faltering morale.

Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
The nation of Marverni would like Lanka to know that it did not like the pesky Rakshasi which jumped out of that Trojan Monkey Pie. We would appreciate a refund.

Right !
I just can't believe it ! I never casted "Panic" before... Now I know it's pretty efficient (especially against those cowardly elephants).

Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
I think the elephants were more the Hellbind Hearts. They actually turned to your side, not just routed. May actually have caused less damage than routing, since they were attacked and killed which I don't think happens with routing tramplers.
Very surprising battle. I thought it would be a rout, but it was close, and went the other way.
(My scout was sitting up on your walls with a bowl of popcorn, enjoying the show.)

Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
Marverni hereby notifies the nations of Aran that it will no longer be retaining the services of a certain unreliable mercenary named Hannibal.
Charged with the task of clearing a path though the enemy's gate, his task force panicked and trampled some of Marverni's finest and fittest noble warriors. Enemy magics may have been part of the reason, but it is not a valid excuse!
-- Marverni Ministry of Security and Subcontracting
PS On a completely unrelated note, Marverni artisans have recently crafted some beautiful ivory trinkets we would gladly exchange for catapults, trebuchets, or a low mileage BFG 9000.

May be it's not just a scout.... But a stealthy army ready to spoil Marverni's eventual victory

Don't be ridiculous.
An army wouldn't fit on your walls. They'd bump into your archers. And where would they get that much popcorn.

Re: Newb Network EA Aran (Full)
Vanheim, if you do have an enormously huge army perched on Lanka's walls, could you please instruct them to head into the castle and tip over that great big bucket of blood in the center square.
Much appreciated.
