Everytime I turn around I am getting a turn from here and if I don't do it right then, I am afraid I will stale.
I would like to go to 36 hour quickhost...

he is correct. the water provinces are to remain unconquered. seeing as how its a little late for that, i will ask you to tax them at 200% until so that the unrest causes you to have no income, and hopefully an event will claim them.... i just hope that you didn't get any sites.

Oh dear 
I guess I forgot that part of the rules. I was wondering why Agartha hadn't moved into the water yet...
I hate to get an unfair advantage. I've only been in the water a couple turns so I can calculate the income+gem income from them, waste it, then abandon the water. Or should I just set myself AI? |

no, just do as i suggested. tax it at 200 till its getting you nothing. the gems on the other hand.... hmmm i guess alchemize it? then waste it?waste the gold if you can. i'm not going to like ban you or anything.
