I've been thinking...and even though the game has technically already started, I'm thinking that me being on the noob team might stack their team a little bit too much. I'm getting the impression that the skill levels of this game might not actually vary as widely as the description might imply. My 1 game with Nosantee I think I was playing at least as well as he was.

If people feel the noob team really needs the help then I'm fine with leaving the teams as is, but just throwing it out there that I don't mind being on my own too and creating a 4th faction.

It might be better to settle this on Turn 1 though, before people know who's where
