 While that's annoying, as long as there aren't VPs filled with huge stacks of strange, powerful units NEXT TO MY CAPITAL, I doubt it'll be that bad.

 Do you still need players? And if so, which nations are available?Last time it was "Ulm, Bogarus or Pangaea" .. but Ulm and Pan are taken now .. which nations are considered "dropped out" now?
