Either one is fine with me... from the size of the logs, I'm guessing your sessions are about an hour long?

Three hours, actually, we just go a bit slowly at times and often start late.

Charsheet updated, should take care of the various issues and stuff. Suddenly my wizard in the other game seems fragile... XL15 and 17 AC... and here, XL6 with 21 AC... hah.

*Sigh* You took care of the issues I pointed out only to introduce a few more.
+1 Chain Shirt only gives a total armor bonus of +5, but you have +8 listed. Even if you included the bonus from your shield in that (you shouldn't, that's a shield bonus), it's too high. The shield only gives +2, for a total of +7 combined armor and shield. Also, the shield bonus should be counted towards your flat-footed AC, making it 17.
You do not have the requisite 8 levels in the Fighter class to take Greater Weapon Focus, so you need to replace that with something else. If you would go back to Weapon Finesse except for the armor check penalty applying to attack rolls, just make the shield out of
darkwood to get rid of even a heavy shield's -2 ACP. It only costs 100 gp extra for a heavy wooden shield.
I just checked, and Bards unfortunately do not ignore spell failure chance from shields. This may or may not matter to you, but if you want to be able to have no spell failure while still gaining a shield's AC bonus at the same time, you'll have to get it made out of mithril (which also gets rid of the ACP, btw). Even then, you'll have to make it a light shield or a buckler to get rid of the last 5%, though you might just ignore that as insignificant. Getting rid of the Ring of Sustenance would provide the necessary funds to pay for the mithril, and that ring really isn't all that important.
Hmm, I just noticed that none of the bonuses from your Persuasive and Stealthy feats are reflected in the misc colulmn. I think they got added in the ranks column just like what happened with Magical Aptitude and Kaylin's character sheet. Factoring that in, you actually spent the correct amount of skill points the first time, you just need to correct which column the four +2 bonuses from feats go in.
I'd suggest replacing Persuasive with
Negotiator. You have pretty much nothing in bluff and intimidate to help the Persuasive +2 bonus in those skills do much, but Negotiator's +2 to diplomacy and sense motive would help out two skills you've focused on with your skill points.
Stealthy also isn't a very good choice without also putting lots of skill points into hide and move silently, so I'd suggest replacing it with something else. In general, feats that give bonuses to skills are usually only worth it if you have a lot of ranks in the skills in question.
