As you have seen with Erax's post, if you find a nice picture I'll be more than happy to shrink it down, polish it up and stick it in a frame.

Just one rule, don't upload the pic here, just post the link. (if the pic is one of your own and has no link feel free to send it to me by e-mail but be sure to have the word 'avatar' in the subject heading.)

First, Thanks for the link to the happy hunting grounds Taz, but there was very little worth hunting there. (I did grab three or four anims that I might convert to avatars but I'll leave that for later.)

Have you been to this site yet? Espectro

It's got a ton of art pics (classical and new). A lot of it would need cropping to make an avatar, but they might work anyways.

Here's one that I would like to see turned into an Avatar (for myself of course):

And if anyone likes fish, this one might work too (just crop the part with the fish in the bottom left corner):

Art.Com looks promising too. It's got a lot of new poster material (ie the Matrix, Terminator 3, Finding Nemo) and lots of classical stuff too.

Would the horizontal lines show up when shrunk? If the original lines show up relatively clearly then i'd prefer that.

But hot damn, she looks sweet already
