Anyone know the consequences -- good, bad or none -- of changing MEE to False after you've already started a game?
If you do set it to False before starting a game, will the AIs still declare war depending on circumstances, that is, without the MEE factor pushing them into it?

There would hardly be any point to playing the game if setting MEE to 'false' stopped any and all declarations of war. They will behave normally towards you (normal for them) regardless of your size when you set itto false. If you change it in mid-game it does not seem to affect races that have already declared war on you. Races that have not yet declared war can calm down enough to leave you alone but it takes a while.
