Don't know if you still want any questions or remarks, but your websites really need a lot of work.
One small tip for example, if I select a game on
http://www.shrapnelgames.com by pressing "buy it"(*) it redirects me to the gamersgate site. There I have to find (and press) buy it button again. Then it tells me which defaults I did not select already. (I tried air command 3). Then it asks me again if I want to add it to the cart.
This is after I already told the website I wanted to buy the game. After the first click on the shrapnelgames.com site it should already have added the game to my shopping cart. It takes 5 clicks where one should be enough. (There are usability guidelines and user studies, it isn't that hard).
The website pages also have way to much clutter everywhere. Unused features. You should really clean that **** up. If you are serious about running the site as a business of course. I don't know if you guys do this fulltime or as a small side project.
