How can we get MM to answer a simple question here?
There are a couple of real simple questions that I'd like MM to "OFFICIALLY" answer. It would take about 2 minuites of their time, and there is nothing bad I want to ask, just game related.
Anyone know how we can get their attention?
Do they answer stuff on this forum?

Re: How can we get MM to answer a simple question here?
Yes, he does, but he also recently went on holiday and had such a mass of e-mail that the MM e-mailbox choked and stopped receiving new mail.
I'm sure Aaron is doing his best to get caught up on the e-mail backlog but obviously he also needs time to actually get some work done on the game. When you add in the high level of message traffic here lately, it may be awhile before he can participate here again the way he has in the past.

Re: How can we get MM to answer a simple question here?
I would bet top dollar that as soon as things settle down at MM following the holiday vacation, they will respond to issues on brought up over the time they have been off.
Remember, its only a two man crew at MM and only one of them is the programer. Every Email I have ever sent them has been responded to in due course.
They have a great product here, and there is are a lot of people interested in talking to them. Right now, if it was me, I would be concentrating on the bug reports for the next patch. I am sure they had over 1000 emails to repond to, so give it some time friend. Sooner or later, they will get around to us too.

I heard from Aaron this morning and he is sick in bed with the flu. Don't expect much out of him for a few days.

Can you imagine the torrent of email he must be receiving? Yikes!
Of course I don't seem to be as anxious as some, but I attribute that to having very little spare time to actually play the game. (sigh)

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

Re: How can we get MM to answer a simple question here?
I read about someone sending them hate mail? That is just sick and wrong! SE IV is as good as it gets for 4X games as of yet. ANYONE sending them hate mail can just go play Reach For The Stars, and leave SE IV alone IMHO!

Hate mails?!? Maybe the sender should seek a doctor.
