how modable is it?

It's pretty modable if you get the proper utilities from Relic. Not nearly as user-friendly as SE4, but modable.

The 'wet coast'? Aren't both coastlines 'wet'  . So Are you in BC or the Maritimes? (I'm wondering if our KotH game is an East vs East or East vs West match up.)
