A little background for those not in America:
Tim went to UNC(University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill)
Richard went to NCSU(North Carolina State University)
They are both in the ACC conference of schools for sports, they're rivals and the schools themselves are only about 30 miles apart. Near UNC is another major rival for both of them, Duke University. So the competition is intense. Especially about basketball and especially in tournaments.
Yesterday UNC barely squeeked out a win in their game in the tournament. NCSU blew away their competition with a 16 point win in their game. More games today.
