Where can I find the Proportions Mod?

Hi all,

I search in the scenario forum and then searched each page of the threads that came out of the search. I found many references to the Proportions mod, but not a single post that identified a file as THE proportions mod.

I did find a file with the AIs for the Proportions mode, but that is it.

Is there a website where all of the mods are gather together rather that in the forum. It seems a bit unwieldy to find things in the forum.
