Construction Level 9 (and beyond)

Is there any advantage to going beyond Construction 8? As far as I can tell, that is the highest level needed to forge any magic item.

You might want Iron Dragons, or Poison Golems or Juggernauts, but you won't get better items after that.

You can research any school up to level 15 though .

So eventually with spell modding mods will add new spells that require level 10+ as research.
