Mechanical Militia

hi friends,
I've cast a GE "Mechanical Militia" with a big number of earth gems (80) but result has been a failure....!!
can you explain me why ?
......."Your global enchantment was overpowered by the existing global enchantment and failed to take effect"

"....overpowered"...!?...in this moment there are five global in working. Is this the reason ?
