Default Units explode on death?

Sorry to bother everyone, but how does one mod the 'explode on death' feature (ala Medallion of Vengeance or those exploding corpses in LE Agartha) without specifically giving the unit in question a Medallion of Vengeance?

Hmm. Copystats the exploding corpse.

Or have #onebattlespell "Phoenix Pyre" if it's a commander.

Other than that, there sort of isn't an easy way.

It isn't possible to #copystats Flame Corpse into a 0-hp unit.

If the above worked, you cound have used the explosion as secondtmpshape of the creature you want to go boom.
