Whenever I try clicking on the community Forum button, I'm being redirected to the Main page (Choose your destiny). Any idea what's going on?

Also, Re: Turn Blitz #1.
One of the players is missing the Drone Attack strategy.
If I process at home, and clear the error, will their turn have been run by the AI, or according to thier orders?

Check your email on the turn blitz SJ.

If you click ok the turn will be executed accoring to their orders, but it's not going to fix the problem. It will fail every turn.

I will check out the other problem.

Ok, not sure what the problem is with the forum link. You can get there using the text UI for now. Lazarus wioll have to look at why that link isn't working. It doesn';t redirect me, but I can't seem to get it to work eithert.

No, that's it. You can process offline and his orders will be followed fine. But the problem wont be fixed and the next turn will fail, and the next. Until that player adds a Drone Attack Strategy all the turns will fail because it will always popup that message on the screen and PBW will timeout.

We have a program that is supposed to catch those and click on those errors and allow the turn to process, but it doesn't appear to be working on this particular error. Not sure if it's because this is a new error with Gold and the program was written begore Gold. I am checking with the programmer on that.

In the mean time you can have the player add a Drone Attack Strategy and PBW will be able to run the turns, or you can run all the turns offline.

I also set the game to No Automatic turns to give the player a chance to correct the problem. Sometimes with timed turn games if he were to hit undo it would try to process without him. Of course since the problem wouldn't be fixed it would still fail so I guess it doesn't matter. Once you decide what to do you can set the game back to timed turns.

I'm in that game, too; I posted instructions in the Game Forum for what needs to be fixed.

I've also updated the pre-Gold AI conVersion instructions to fix this error.

Thanks Capn. Although I may have eliminated the problem now. Admiral sent me a message and told me how to set up the program so it will close these boxes so this should no longer be a problem for PBW games.

Although it's still a good idea to follow your instructions because otherwise your AI players may not handle their drones properly. But the games should run now, and that's the important thing.

SJ, I have the same problem with the forum button. The only way I can get to the forum with the graphics UI is to first go to a game forum and then clicking the home link.

I use Explorer to visit PBW. Have you tried using Netscape? With Netscape the buttons of the graphic UI are acting even stranger on my computer.

That's the same problem to access the forums I had.
It was solved when I registered with a new user ID and Geo moved my games to my new ID.
