What in the world is this? And how can I prevent it?

I think that was it. The reports stopped after I dispelled it. Any way to combat it other than dispelling it? I put some powerful Astral mages at my territories with enemy Dominions hoping that they'd get Mind Dueled, but only the weaker mages seems to have gotten attacked

I'm not sure, but the spell's a pain. Pumping dom. seems to be the most effective way to protect oneself.

Remember that Strands of Arcane Power requires a very high level astral caster--it's going to be hard to win against him!
