Here is proof positive that word of mouth does make a differance. Game Spot Page (LOOK AT THAT RATING!)
SE IV Golds Rank has grown by 67 in the last 24 hours. Thats proof positive that the game is more than what people first thought it was.  PLAYERS NEEDED!

Indeed, it could be said that I am temporally loquatious; that my innane babble is spread throught the dimension of the fourth; in other words, my transient thoughts meander through time, becoming verbalized only at locus of interest. It is therefore evident that I am in no way monosyllabic; but that, in fact, other peoples temporal perception is, in fact, too crowded.

Back on topic, Gamespot has done an ill thing to SEIV. They actually have two SEIV's listed, with Gold getting the very short end of the stick.
They have Space Empires IV, which they reviewed with a marginal acceptance, and then they have Space Empires IV Gold which they have not reviewed. 
I am beginning to think that perhaps gamespot is drive by money and not by excellence in game play.
