Most weapon effects are on page 5 of the modding manual. You can find the modding manual in your directory and if you have downloaded 3.20 the modding manual will be updated.

I suspect the limit on the number of events is a spacing issue, ie, there are only 4 slots allocated for events. Maybe it can be changed, maybe not.

This is based on the fact that I've discovered...

Good idea Ironhawk. A minor permutation would be to step the events based on turns, such as level 1 for turns 1 to 5, level 2 for 6 to 15, etc.

1. With decent PD, you can withstand the effects of misfortune if you can make it about 15 turns or so without taking a fatal/near-fatal...

Making a province neighbor connection hidden until discoved by a search. Could be used to find hidden paths through mountain ranges and/or into a second layer...

Amos, you have given me heart. You are the most prolific mod maker and if you still have to use the mod manual, that I will no longer feel so bad if I have to use it to look up most every thing I do.
