The Tylmai (available at Universal Shipyards and on the Gold CD) has a Crystaline AI that I put together. I don't know how good it really is, as I put it together quickly, but it should work.

Hmmm... the Rage seem to be having problems in this. In my testing they seemed to do well. Has anyone been playing against the Rage outside of this test? If so, what are your impressions?
