Thanks. I figured you needed all the VP hexes but after that it just seemed pretty random.

I have had scenarios end early and last a few more turns that the given number. Sometime they end after 10 turns and others end at turn 23 and sometime they end at turn 27 for a scenario that is...

If I attack the hex with area fire, would that also give a chance to destroy it? Say I used an engineer unit with demo charges.
Or maybe blow up an ammo carrier on it :)

I know you can destroy buildings but can you destroy other terrain, like hedgerows? Would you use bulldozers, engineers, something else to do it?

WMG are my 'big gun' for planet defense, especially when using the WP range modifier mod. They can almost reach the edge of the board. With their built in to hit and a sensor they pound atacking...
