AFAIK, the AI would behave the same, because it works on a case-by-case basis and not as a 'look at the empire as a whole' thing. But I think I know what you mean...the AI on one Quadrant...

As I understand it (haven't tried yet), can't you just make a new Mod directory and have everything run through there? As it is currently, even my saved games are saved only in my 'ModPack v1.30'...

When you save a map, is the only thing it saves the system structure? When loading a map, are all the planets already made (when you originally saved it), or are they randomly generated when the game...
