There is a replay discrepancy in 2.12 which has nothing to do with MP
Testing Zens updated Cradle map in SP, I found at least two very bizarre discrepancies: One in which the battle report listed my GoH'ed Vastness as having died ("we were beaten by the defending forces..."), but the replay showed him laying the utter smackdown. But he must have lost, since I cant find him now, hence the replay is wrong.
Also, I got the message that I tried to assassinate someone in province X; watched replay, was successful. But: The assassin in question was not there, but rather in a province 3 provs away!! (and had no rituals, weird gear, etc. on him.)
I have saved both of these games, but cant figure out how to attach these here for people to evaluate.
Any tips??
