The screen sticks to unit

Hello to everybody!

I've installed the 3.0 patch and got a very strange problem.
When the unit retreats, the screen sticks, centres and follows it till the edge of the map. I havent seen anything like that in 2.5 version - the screen showed the retreating unit move but didn't centre and stick to it.

How can I turn it off?
