Yes. It also, combined with "Ground Combat Rounds Per Turn", affects how quickly ground battles are over. By using these AND by giving troops many more hitpoints, I was able to make it so ground combats can Last for several turns (in Proportions mod).
Yes, I looked at the proportion's mod settings. You raised the ground combat to 300%, troop hitpoints to the 100 range, and left the # turns at 10? Was this to make CG the same, but troops are more resistant to ship weapons?
