Without influencing the chances of finding blood slaves.

If this were to be done, I think it would need to be set up so that it only makes a difference for Blood Mages. Letting non-Blood mages become passable blood hunters just because they have some experience sounds like a bad idea to me.

But good idea -- I think it should. (I posted about experience affecting scout stealth, success rate of preaching skills, and other non-combat related areas elsewhere, which found some positive feedback -- I missed this, however, which could be a good idea.)
