Resorce Converters

Help (or point in right direction) on the resorce converters do they work? is the converted to show up in the next turn? or that turn? I have tried to tell but can't (yup memory 'bout [] that long)am I doing something wrong?

It shows up that turn.

Hmmm I think something not right it's not showing in that turn (memory a tad bit longer) I look at my resorces and they do not change

if you are playing simultanious, the planet gets the order that turn and the resources are available the next turn.

Nope, playing turn based but it maybe showing up in the next turn.

It shows up immediatly, but it's not automatic. You have to select the planet the the resource converter is on and select the "convert resources" button. That takes you to a screen where you can enter how many of what type to convert to what you want.
