The mouse wheel was the only anomalous topic, with 9% of the votes, but only 5 individuals voting for it. For the most part these voters (more accurately ‘devotees’)

all their votes for #29. I think that I should have limited the number of votes per topic to 3 per person to even this out, but too late now.
