Any PBW games accelerated during weekend?

I've never played a PBW game. So, I'm curious. Do most games go just a single turn per day? It seems like that would take so, so long.

Are there any games out there where the players will submit turns every hour during the weekend?

Are there any die-hard PBW'ers who try to require one per hour throughout the entire weekend?
