SE4 SoundMod

Suicide Junkie started the ImageMod... now what we're lacking is a SoundMod - a compilation of sound files that mods can use so you don't have to copy the entire SE4 sounds directory into all your mod directories! Actually, IIRC TampaGamer started one a while back, but it seems to have been forgotten
