No, I did not realise that SF saves every time you warp. Does that save show up on the save game list? That is a help.
Speed...hmmm apparently not. Which +/- keys are used to slow the game - number/symbol keys or numeric keypad? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Still, I'd still like it even slower
