It's mentioned as a comment for the world map at Illwinter's site. Special start locations are Abysia at Sahara, blablabla, blablabla, and Marignon at Spain and Brazil! It is also mentioned that you need patch 2.5 before Marignon has all the units they are supposed to have in this map... Conquestadors, anyone?

BTW, Mictlan is somewhere in South/Middle America too, though I can't recall where...
