Stealthy units and catching them

What are the numerical odds of catching units with different stealth levels? What are the odds of it being exposed? Some units have very high levels (30) and id like to know how far they can press their luck.

Also, if you suspect your being infiltrated by a high stealth unit, what measures can you take to catch him?

This advice is for a multiplayer game
