Depending on whether you're going armies, or Van-leaders, evocation 2 can be quite handy - 5 or so lightning casters behind some troops are very good for indies, and even opposing armies.

Helheim - enchantment-3, allowing the Hangadrotts to conjure forth swarms of skeletons and undead in battle.

Just a few things others didn't mention.
