modding-command-wish?

Does it makes sense to wish for a new modding command? (Seems odd that there are no more wishlists for Dom2-patches, but only for Dom3 around.)

I would like to see a mod-command that allows the altering of the experience level benefits! Something that allows me to mod the game to add +2HP at every level and not just +1HP at level 4.

(Also see my whining about experience in this thread.

I like the concept of veteran units, which I am somewhat missing in Dom2.)
