Well now we can only wait for manuk's confirmation, that he is or isn't feyd. Currently I assume that manuk = feyd. Yet it's indeed strange that the very same person is claiming to be Marignon and maybe choosing some water nation.. unless he's playing with two seperate nations! That's the reason, I think.
