Number of units question

[Suicide Junkie]

Ships per player & units in space are both HC limited to 5000 each.
I've got my settings.txt set to 100,000 of each, just in case that ever changes

I can't recall any other settings being fixed, but as of SE4 v1.41, your maintenance dosen't go lower than 5% (unless you do some fancy modding of unrelated items).
