Default 3 questions about ramming

Hi! I have a few questions about ramming and ship definitions. I'm creating a mod and I'm not sure I understand everything about the "ramming" concept. Although I use it often when I play (the Terran Pirate Corvette and that Garthan guy are good at this).

1. Where do we define ramming capabilities? In is in the Hull definition, or in the Race/Ship definition? Is it a flag?

2. Ramming behavior: when does a computer-controlled ship "decide" to ram? Can we indicates that a ship has a strong preference for ramming (for instance, a ship with weak weapons or with cloaking capabilities but with a strong hull).

3. Can fighters (smallest ships) ram? What are the currently implemented limitations?

Thanks for the answers.
