Strategy First only markets the game they wouldn't be able to do anything to help you. That's if you can even get any support in the first place. You would need to address any issues here or to MM the company that made the game. As to your question you should download CPT Kwok's Balance Mod. PS: My SFTC will help in those issues but like the GGMod you will need to be prepared for a major change from Stock. The SFTC-Lite version will come as a bit less of a shock. Also check out the Star Trek ship sets by Atrocities, theres nothing like flying around the quadrent in a Klingon D-9 blasting holes in everyone else!
