I've noticed a recent change in the actual values of some of the protocol fields. The change can sometimes break the utility. I have fixed that already but I'll recompile the utility tomorrow (its late now).
For mapping the nations I have used the nation numbers listed in the game manual. Chelms is a late era nation with number 51. I actually don't have Jomon at all. Do you perhaps know its number and age?- Probably there's an overlap or mistake...
Also, have you correctly configured the age in the .py_eye.cfg file?
