Never took it that way at all my friend.

My RO RO Fleet has made though the WOSECTO's poor excuse for a naval blockcade off the east coast of Africa and has managed yet again to bandage my forces back into a reasonable fighting force.

I only wish state of the art artillery was cheap!!
