There are rules?

Playing with a person from Spain told me that there were many rules to play by PBEM. He argued historical themes. I prefer to play without rules. I think we must study well the relationship between the size of the map and the purchase value of units to prevent such excesses of artillery. I know who think and if anyone wants to play without rules rare. Sorry for my English. I'm from Argentina and I am using the translator Goolge jejejeje
