Protective Domes - More the merrier?

Heya folks, I just have some quick questions for you.

Can there be more than one dome on a province at the same time, if the type of domes are different?

Can you stack the same kind of dome on a province several times?

If more than one dome in a province is possible, in what order do they activate, or do even all domes activate if a spell is cast at the province...
