Race AI creation

Question for experienced modders: I am creating...slowly...a highly aggressive and reckless race for use as an AI opponent. Rude communications, complete disregard for combat losses, endless search for the biggest BOOM, backstabbing, toothless, scurvy, and erratic...and all that. What are the best ways to make bring out this uninhibited deeeaath in an AI player?
